Procera AVH is a nootropic that I recently came across and I found out that it is quite a popular and well-known brain supplement. What is Procera AVH?

This brain supplement, that is most notably known for is effects on memory enhancement and memory improvement, was manufactured by the Procera brand is the product of the Procera brand, which is a company that produces a lot of of other supplements as well like Procera XTF, Ceraplex and Triomega DHA all of which differ in variety in terms of function. They claim that some of their supplements can improve focus and also act as a sleeping aid. That sounds pretty cool. Although, From the research that we have done, we can say the Procera AVH was one of the first supplements that the company has formulated. This might be a reason of why Procera AVH is more well-known than Ceraplex or Procera XTF.

What is interesting about Procera AVH is that it only functions as a memory enhancer and memory booster. So it basically is limited to just improving memory, which isn’t necessarily something that we could say would be bad, but rather unique in it’s approach because it is not like other brain enhancers or smart pills that we have come across. So in a sense, Procera AVH would not be considered to be a “true” Nootropic. What would be a true Nootropic is a smart pill that is not just limited to memory, but rather has a more rounded-effect in terms of what it does for cognition like increasing focus, energy and so on.

Now, like we discussed before, the website is very well-designed and provides information on not only Procera AVH but all of the products that they have. Not having said that, we also can see that their website also seems to be displaying a lot of marketing copy at times, not all the time, but at times. But, that is not a problem since most brain supplement manufacturers that we have come across display a lot of marketing copy on their website. And besides that, we have to applaud them for putting the supplement facts label on their site since most smart pill manufacturers do not do that

So far, we can say that Procera AVH is very simple and effective with their formula because they based their main ingredients on three top-notch traditional Nootropic ingredients: Huperzine, Acetyl L-Carnitine, and Vinpocetine. So that’s great. Another thing that we saw and I think is pretty useful is their FAQ page because it provides information on frequently asked questions and they also have a Resource Center that can be used by people beginners that do not know much about smart pills.

Any ways, it seems as if we got a little carried away and are focusing to much on their site rather than the product it self. So let’s review the ingredients.

If you saw the formula or ingredients at first you might be confused at the ingredients when compared to the price, which is 39.99 (USD) and wonder why these memory cost so much with such a small amount of ingredients.

But, it is important to know that the ingredients that the manufacturers have chosen to formulate this memory pill with is acutely very effective and very great ingredients. This is another thing also that makes Procera AVH unique and differ from other brain supplements because most brain supplements have around 20 to 50 ingredients in one pill or capsule. So what that means is that if they have so many ingredients in one single capsule, than we can assume that the ingredients themselves must be small and not that much. Not only that but you would have to increase the number of servings you have to take. So, in a sense, Procera AVH has been formulated with a simple but yet effective list of ingredients that not only make the smart pill effective but also enhance the amount of ingredients in it.

Procera AVH Main Ingredients

Now usually, since most brain supplements have more than three ingredients, they also have some main ingredients. But the main ingredients of Procera AVH are the ingredients of the smart pill as a whole. And effective ingredients they are. Here is what the ingredients do:

Acetyl L-Carnitine: A traditional and very effective ingredient used in mostly all of the Nootropics and smart pills that we have encountered, ALCAR is an acetylated version of Carnitine. It function is that it is able to cross the brain-blood barrier and affects the production of neurotransmitter acetylcholine by aiding in the production of the neurotransmitter and in a sense encouraging it. Acetylcholine, by the way, is mainly responsible for memory, learning, problem-solving and mostly all cognition related stuff. So it is not a surprise as to why this ingredient in added in Procera AVH.

Vinpocetine: This ingredients aids in increasing blood blow to the brain and has been shown to sometimes aid in people who have cerebral dysfunction. It is also shown that can improve cognition in patients over period of three-months and also can possibily improve memory and learning. It also works very well with the next ingredient which is, Huperzine A

Huperzine A:  This supplement also aids in increasing the neurotransmitter, Acetylcholine, and also has shown to enhance and improve the storage of memory and the consolidation and retrieval of memory as well. It could also possibily boost concentration and mental clarity. Now, this supplement is very effective, but it also to be cycled and not taking every day in order to increase it’s effectiveness.

The ingredients here are something that we would say are definitely effective and efficient. But also, the price may also be a little too much for the three ingredients. Never the less, the ingredients make for a solid Nootropic stack and it is a Nootropic stack that we would say is great for a novice or a beginner in smart pills and Nootropics.

The research we have done showed that the side effects associated with Procera AVH are not really adverse. But it is possible that the user could experience mood swings of some type. If mood swings are a side effect and you are experiencing them when using Procera AVH that it might be best to not use it for a few days and then start again on a lower dosage than increase your dosage back to normal a few days later than that.

As for the online reviews we have encountered about Procera AVH, we can say that no one was really talking about side effects or noting any side effect. But there were some reviews here and there about minor head aches. I have been using Procera since it first came out and I saw in advertised on television many years ago. I do not use it daily…..I use it only when I need it —- take it a few days and then get back off of it. It does work. When I get to the point I can’t remember where I put the last thing I picked up….that’s when I start taking Procera again. It really does work on me and is a great memory booster.

I have been using Procera AVH & Cereplex for approx 3 years. I started with once a day early and Cereplex that night. In less than a week I noticed my memory was distinctly better. It was pretty bad, disturbingly bad to begin with so perhaps my case is unusual. I DO continue the same except not every day. My first shipment came with a book, 20/20 Brain Power. You must read the book! In order to maximize results you need to exercise the gray matter. I cannot account for the very many negative reviews here except it may not work for everyone. Added to that are negative reviews based on a bad reaction which do not dispute its efficacy for memory.

It works for me. It works well and I tell people about it.

A word of caution… I don’t know if Procera does what it claims or if it safe or not, but I can tell potential buyers that the company uses shady tactics and hard sell so I suggest being wary. I received a hand written letter with a “newspaper article” in it from someone signed with the letter -J. I thought it was my brother who often signs this way, and I ordered Procera. I was told repeatedly that I could cancel my order at any time for a full refund. I discovered that the letter hadn’t come from my brother or anyone I know, so I called back the next morning and was told that I couldn’t cancel for 72 hours. Hmmm. I run a software company. There is no reason for that, other than to discourage people from cancelling. I called again the next day and asked if orders could be cancelled and couldn’t get a straight answer. “well, it depends…”. Every time I spoke with someone I got the hard sell and had to ask them politely to stop up-selling me. I haven’t gotten my money back yet but and I’m pretty nervous about them having my credit card number.

After purchasing the product, research uncovered some recommendations not to use this with certain other medications or conditions. The company says they have a 30 day moneyback guarantee….not so… it’s only if you buy directly from the company. First time I’ve ever heard of a product not being guaranteed just because it was sold by a distributor.

On the plus side, no obvious side effects.

It seems as if the online reviews that we found researching this product go both ways. Some people did experience the memory boosting benefits of this supplement while others did not.

Procera Dosage

The dosage that is suggested on the bottle of this brain supplement is two to three tablets daily. And they do suggest that you take with food. Breakfast or lunch.

Procera AVH Price

So if we were to see whether the pricing is suitable for the product we would have to see the amount of capsules that Procera AVH has. A box of this supplement has sixty capsules and is also priced for 39.99 (USD). The serving size and dosage that is suggested is three capsules, which would last you around twenty days or so. We can assume the reason this is is because of one of their ingredients which is Huperzine A and as we mentioned before this ingredient would work best if cycled. So with that being said, we would suggest from our own opinion that you cycle 5-7 days and after five to seven days you can take a day or two off. Than use take the supplement again.

By doing that, the bottle of twenty capsules will come closer to lasting you longer and closer to a month or so. But if you prefer to take more and not cycle than it would cost 60 dollars (USD) for a one month supply of this supplement.

So with the pricing, we would say that it is possible that it is a bit too pricey for the three ingredients that it has. At the same time though, the three ingredients are very effective and work very great and well. So it would be your decision as to decide whether this smart pill works for you.

We really love what Procera AVH is trying to do here. The company is differentiating its product by trying to make it more potent in an industry where everyone seems to be doing the opposite. The basis of its formula is great, having only three key ingredients: Acetyl L-Carnitine, Vinpocetine, and Huperzine A. Speaking of Huperzine A, due to its inclusion, we can’t advise you to take it continuously every day, as Huperzine A needs to be cycled off for a couple of days after around a week of continued use. We would have also liked to see the addition of Panax Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba, but it is a fine – albeit slightly lacking – formula on its own.

I think what this brain supplement is trying to do is pretty great, which is creating a very basic yet very effective smart pill and Nootropic. The three main ingredients, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Vinpocetine, and Huperzine A are traditional Nootropic stacks and great and effective Nootropic ingredients for enhancing memory and bettering cognitive abilities. Now, to say what we said again, which is that Huperzine A could be better if it was cycled.

Where this supplement excels at is its enhancement in memory. Despite the side effects of minor mood swings that we researched, we can say that there are not really any side effects. But also, results may very and side effects vary as well.

Having said that, it is time to come to a swift conclusion about this brain pill. What we can say is that from the research that we have done and the information that we have gathered, it can be said that Procera AVH could be suitable for any new one that is a new comer in the world of Nootropics or for anyone that is looking to start out in taking smart pills of any kind, or rather just bettering their cognitive abilities. Why? Because of the brain supplements simple but yet very effective formulation of the three ingredients used. It is though, only limited to memory and memory enhancement, which means it might not increase alertness and other cognitive functions like most of the other brain supplements do. But if you are a student that is looking to memorize the information on a test, than this smart pill might be for you. So what we can say about this smart pill is that it is pretty great.
